A typical engagement lasts anywhere between 3 and 12 months, often beginning with a specific challenge, such as a misaligned executive team, a stalling growth plan, or hiring missteps—and evolving into a deeper partnership. As organisations grow, new challenges emerge. I stay with the team through those inflection points, helping them keep momentum, build leadership muscle, and make progress feel smoother.

Discover
An initial conversation to get under the skin of your strategy, understand the context, and begin to surface the core challenges. This is where we begin to sense whether there’s a fit—and whether there’s real value in working together.
Diagnose
Diagnose – A series of data-informed, often deep-dive conversations at individual, team or organisational level. We clarify what’s happening beneath the surface and focus the scope of the challenge—ensuring we’re solving the right problem.
Design
Based on our findings, we co-create options tailored to your organisation’s scale, context, and pace. These are practical, actionable approaches—not abstract strategies or borrowed models.
Deliver
We implement the chosen approach to accelerate progress without overwhelming the system. I work alongside the team—offering both challenge and support—to ensure momentum builds, not stalls.
Debrief
We reflect on what worked, what shifted, and what the organisation has learned. This step is key to embedding capability and confidence to meet the next challenge that growth will inevitably bring.
